You know what Tony, when I look at your blue foam thingy, the proportions look all wrong! That prop is way too big! I wouldn't be at all surpised if it tended to flip every time you open the throttle, and surely a big prop like that, wooden as well, is going to have a few unknown gyroscopic side effects!
Do it now, you may never get another chance

Another great days flying today. 10 mph winds clear blue sky, and obviously sunny. Dammed cold though. Managed to get through 10 4s lipos, without a scratch on any model. Pouring down with rain now and looks bad for rest of week. Fortune favours the brave !!!. Not a soul there only me, must have a shower sometime:) :) :)

well the local club wont let you fly on your own, has to be 2 people there and 1 has to be a key holder.

that's why its always empty.

Rained in the morning, here. flat calm, and +2C
Wind picked up again about 5pm, and now it is howling in gusts.
if you are calm and collected when all about you are going berserk - you've missed something important!
