Been Flying

Strange mixture of weather today.
Set off in sunshine, within 5 mins driving through a cloudburstfor 10 mins. Arrived at airfield in sunshine. Just one shower in 4 hrs so cant grumble. Plenty of flights and lipos now on charge.

Well, back from flying. Good day today. Very cold and a fair bit of wind, but sunny. Had 4 hrs so for this time of year that wasnt bad. Roll on the warm weather !!!!

Still raining here, about three weeks of it now, a little peek of sun this afternoon. it can only get better

Oh dear, it was rainlng somewhere else for a change Better yet, everywhere else in Scotland has snow and FORT WILLIAM has nice green grass, nearly warm, bugs flying trying to annoy me. I HAD A GREAT DAY.

First day flying this year so I sure as 'ell don't feel sorry for boasting about that.

Yet another first class days flying. Very cold first thing and cloudy. After an hour, the clouds rolled back and out came the sun, with wall to wall blue skies. only lasted for a couple of hours but by that time I was ready for packing up. A great day, roll on the next time

A lovely day here yesterday for flying and did I freeze my bollocks off,yes I did.But not flying ,polishing a car,selling it,driving the guy to a post office to tax it,then freezing on a railway platform to get back home====BRRRRRRRH

I can feel the flying urge coming back to me now.
I've done the night shift tonight & starting tidying the workshop, I've been looking at my half completed models & I've just driven to the all night garage. (First real drive since the operation)
I've managed all this without falling down dead on the couch.

I wouldn't like to struggle with starting IC engines yet & I'm certainly not up to standing on top of the Orme in an icy blast ... I wish I'd changed over to electric sooner.

It's time to chase the solicitors about this money & as soon as it's here I'll bang together a couple of electric ARTF's & get my arse down to Garry's field.

Now watch me collapse in a heap for the day!

I hope it happens for you soon Poly.itll be good for you to get out into the fresh air,just stand down up wind to Garry so his farts dont spoil your recovery.My claim to fame is I farted a real gooden at the fat ones house and she was sick,thoroughly enjoyed that one,proud I was.

Im giving a choice,lovely day for flying but again i was to busy,felt a bit cold though.,busy tomorrow as well
