Been Flying

Oh bloody hell! .... I've now done a 25 hour stint & I still can't get to sleep for thinking of getting out flying again ...... it's a bloody drug!!!!!

The fuselage is a skiboard isnt it,With the big wheels on the Fun Cub it might well be ok it was last time.

Firstly I arrived at the field and connected up by the caravan and tripped putting the throttle to full, the Fun Cub wacked my leg and then the step of the caravan taking the prop off shaft and all,my stupid fault. Back home fitted another motor and back to the field.Still noone else there but the model was fairly uncontrollable .Landed in the next field made variuos adjustments and it was OK.Has a couple of flights wirh camera videoing.Camera stopped twice for some reason.On 4th take off motor went.Arrived home ,it felt stiff.Removed it and tested it all ok.looking for a spare shaft now.

Ive been searching for a motor shaft that I knew I had.Changed it because I thought it could be that causing the vibration.Eventually found it in the shed and thought I would just show how easy they are to change.Remove any grub screws holding it in the motor,there is often more than one.I drift the broken or bent one out with the replacement shaft gently tapping or using a vice as a press/
