With Galaxy not being able to supply me with an Acrowot,I wanted to give them my support and instead of going elsewhere purchase something they had in stock suitable for a 46-52 IC, yes Grumps,we live on an IC yes,yes.yes.A proper engine.I admit I do like seein my engine and being able to fit the glow and tune as easily as possible and this fits perfectly.It should be in the post today so hopefully will arrive tomorrow,but I will need to rely on my son to take delivery as Im out for the day.I have a couple of choices for engines from a new SC 52 4 stroke,an SC 52 2 stroke also new,or I could use my Tunder Tiger 46 pro from my Swift,depending what I decide on the swifts future.

I think these are fantastic value for money, there is a couple of these at our club they look and go great!!

Ive been busy today so didnt get a chance to look further but a quick inspection and from what I have seen,excellant value for money and looks an excellant kit and just what I was looking for.Im busy tomorrow so may not get another look as yet,.Im fittin g a new SC 52 2 stroke into it.

Whilst waiting for someone to turn up Im spending a little time getting the parts together for the Travel Air.Just about have evrything to get started.

Spent the day at hospital having tests ECG .and stuff.Couldnt get out the car park ticket was rejected.People behind me wouldnt move back so I was blocking everything up heyho.Then the GP practice might as w3e llhave been for boats.Watched the tennis,that was good.I did fit the servo ailerons,the tank,under carriage and engine,

The wings are glued together ,Horizontal and vertical stabilisers glued inti place.The elevator servo fitedd,elevator horns fitted and pushrod connected and adjusted.R$udder servo fitted and rudder horn fitted and pushrod fitted and adjusted.Throttle servo fitted and connected up.Battery fitted into position and receiver fitted.Just the switch to fit and that is undernesth inside fuselage and is being very difficult.

All of a sudden the Travel Air was finished all to do is adjust throws to recommended and check C of G.Nice looking model and good value for the money.

Excellent have you plans to have a fly of it soon?

What on earth is that ugly looking metal thing at the front:) . Apart from that, it looks good

Here are photos of my Travel Air,very pleased with it.And just to warm Grumpys heart it has a proper engine.Which I ran today and its a lovely engine.Also ran up the Harmon Rocket engine and thats a gooden also.The Magnatilla engine is a bit erratic soit runs and revs fine but tickover is a bit hit and miss,so may fly a tank of fuel through it to see if its gunjed up.Sounds lovely on full throttle and revs up well,but tickover isnt happening then it dies.Might be the throttle closing due to the vibration but appears to work ok on the arm.

What is the air bleed please Eric ,I dont know when it was last run and when turning over it felt spongey.Starts easily and revs brilliantly .
