the glue i had left setting all night did not hold the rear of the nacelles together when i removed the clamps.
so i have had to do it all again and leave it to set.
gave up and slung the wing in the corner and did a different plane instead.

then we re did the rear of the outer nacelle, will finish sheeting that tomorrow if it holds.
then i can blend them into the wing surface and we can get motoring again.

still it is holding now and once the top sheeting is on, it will stay in place ok.
just frustrating as it holds everything up.

Tony - when I use Araldite or any other epoxy glue I have had separations as well - particularly if the ambient temperature is low - I've found a little bit of heat from a heat gun thins down the glue and helps it penetrate into the balsa/ply. I NEVER use 5 minute epoxy though - I've found it doesn't penetrate to well before it cures.
